As part of our grand launch, HopCat Southgate is dedicating Saturday, June 28 (5–10 p.m.) to a special charity event benefiting the HopCat Employee & Community Assistance Fund, in partnership with HelpLink. For a $15 donation, guests were treated to a reserved table, a complimentary meal—and the knowledge that every penny would stay in Southgate, directly supporting local employees and neighbors facing hardship.

HopCat also has commited to donating 50% of alcohol sales up to $5,000 during the event to the fund.

• Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony: Invite-only on July 11, featuring local leaders and a visit from HopCat's mascot, Brewce.
• Grand Opening Party: Open to the public on July 12 at 10 a.m., with the first 200 guests snagging free Cosmik Fries for a year, plus exclusive swag and giveaways.
• Craft Beer & Comfort Food: Expect 40+ rotating taps, comfort food, and the famous Cosmik Fries—all in a vibrant, community-focused atmosphere.
