Beer & Yoga - why not combine two great things?

Join us every Tuesday evening at 5:30pm in our outdoor beer garden. 
Classes are rain or shine- they will be moved indoors if the weather does not cooperate. 

$15 for the class which includes a craft beer from our Local 30 list.
Cash only. 
$12 for just the class, no beer.

Hosted by Ashley-Brooke McGinty

Classes will ignite the light from deep within you by vibrantly complimenting you in each and every moment. Through guided pranayama(breath control), meditation and Asana(postures) you will use self exploration and action to set clear intentions on and off the mat. Ashley-Brooke uses a balanced combination of sustained poses with attention to alignment and therapeutic principles to help support beginners learn the basics while more experienced students take postures to a deeper level.

 We’ve raided our cellar and called in the favors to make our annual Wood & Wild festival the best one yet. Prepare to witness the tapping of 50+ of the best Barrel Aged & Sour beers in existence. The early bird gets the glassware, so the first 100 guests through the door will receive a limited edition Wood & Wild logo beer glass. Not a morning person?
